My cashback is not showing in the Easy Banking App. Why?
There are several possible reasons:
- Your purchase is too recent. Your cashback will only appear in the History section 1 to 3 days after your purchase.
- Your purchase was not made with the debit/credit card linked to Easy Cashback.
- The merchant's offer conditions were not met (purchase deadline, minimum amount, etc.).
- You cancelled your purchase or returned, even partially, your order.
- You have disabled Easy Cashback.
