I've paid my bills, but Zoomit says I still have unpaid bills. What should I do?
In Easy Banking App:
1. Log in to Easy Banking App
2. Tap on My Services
3. Tap on Zoomit then Website (iOS) or on the three dots then Zoomit Website (Android).
4. Once on the Zoomit website, tap on the invoice and select Already Paid.
In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet:
1. Go to Zoomit.
2. Click on the invoice and select Already Paid.
