I'm unable to pay or withdraw cash with my business credit card. What should I do?

Possible causes are: 

1. You've reached your credit card's monthly limit. 
2. There is an amount reserved on your card, for example a deposit for a hotel or a car. 
3. Your previous month's statement has not been paid.
4. Your credit card is defective. 

You can check your balance and credit card limits in the Easy Banking App and on Easy Banking Web using a PC or tablet.
