I live abroad. Can I use my new debit card straight away?

Yes you can. Make a payment using your new card and PIN in a physical store. After that, you’ll also be able to pay by contactless and online.

If you live outside Europe and didn’t activate your previous card for use outside Europe, adjust your card settings in Easy Banking App and Easy Banking Web. 

In the Easy Banking App: 

1. Log in to the Easy Banking App.
2. Tap on My services then Accounts and cards.
3. Tap on the cards linked to your account and select your debit card.
4. Activate the Outside Europe option.

In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet: 

1. Log in to Easy Banking Web
2. Click on Accounts and cards then My cards.
3. Click on the horizontal lines next to your debit card then click on Change.
4. Select Card settings.
5. Activate the Outside Europe option.
