I am having trouble transferring money from my savings account to my current account. What should I do?

From a savings account, you can make a transfer to:
• A current account in the same name.
• If you are married or a legal cohabitant (and this is also known in our systems), you can make a transfer to a savings account in your name or to a joint savings or current account.
• If it is a transfer between parents and children:
- From a savings account in the child's name to a savings account in the name of one or both parents
- From a joint savings account in the name of one or both parents to the children's savings account
