How to request a refund of a transfer?
Contact us via the Contact section in Easy Banking App. If you’re not using the app, call us at +32 2 762 90 00 and identify yourself with your customer number and Easy Banking Phone code. A refund request costs 25 euros. The counterparty may refuse the refund.
Transfers to closed accounts are automatically refunded.
