Contact the beneficiary or call the Easy Banking Centre via Help and Contact then Info and contact in the Easy Banking App. Not using the app? Call us on +32 2 762 90 00 and identify yourself with your client number and Easy Banking Phone code. A refund request costs 25 euros. The counterparty may refuse the refund.

Transfers to closed accounts are automatically refunded.
