How to block my itsme® account?
You can do this via the itsme® website. Click on My Account.
Do you also want to block your access to Easy Banking App?
In Easy Banking App:
1. Log in to Easy Banking App
2. Tap on Settings then Security
3. Select Devices with our apps
4. Tap on Remove this device
In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet:
1. Log in to Easy Banking Web
2. Click on the icon next to your name then Settings
3. Choose Access to our apps
4. Remove your device from the list.
You can also contact us via the Contact section in Easy Banking App. If you’re not using the app, call us at +32 2 762 90 00 and identify yourself with your customer number and Easy Banking Phone code.
