Wero is a free solution for individuals and self-employed professionals, such as physiotherapists, doctors, and plumbers, who use Easy Banking App, Hello bank! app or Fintro Easy Banking App on their smartphone for personal and professional purposes.

In contrast, merchants - whether they operate in-store or online (currently not available in Belgium) - will be subject to specific fees. These will vary depending on their agreement with their payment acquirer or service provider.
