How do I remove a payment account from my Easy Guide Pack?

Removing a payment account from an Easy Guide Pack means that this account must be converted into a new pack.
To convert to an Easy Go Pack or Easy Guide Pack: in your Easy Banking Web account overview, click on the menu displayed to the right of your account to view your pack details. On the screen, click on the "pencil" to the right of the account to be removed from the Easy Guide Pack and select the Convert to a new pack option.
For conversion to a different type of pack, contact the Easy Banking Centre or your usual point of contact.
