How do I get an overdraft on my account?

A request for a direct reserve (the ability to go into overdraft) can be made in several ways. You can request it, subject to acceptance, via our dedicated page by clicking on Request it online.

 

You can also call the Easy Banking Centre via Help and Contact and then Info and contact in the Easy Banking App. Not using the app? Call us at +32 2 762 20 00 and identify yourself with your customer number and Easy Banking Phone code.
