How do I consult my insurance policies for branches 21 and 23?

In Easy Banking App:

1. Log in to Easy Banking App
2. Tap on My Services then on Investments
3. On this page, you will find all your investments, including investment insurance policies you have taken out.
4. Click on the number of an investment insurance policy to find out more. Via Overview, you will find the included guarantees.
5. Click on Financial Statement if you are looking for information on your payments or if you want to make an additional transfer.

In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet:

1. Log in to Easy Banking Web
2. Click on Investments and select My Investments.
3. On this page, you will find an overview of all your investments, including investment insurance policies you have taken out.
4. Click on the number of an investment insurance policy to request more information. In the overview, you will find the included guarantees.
5. Click on Financial Statement if you want information on your payments or if you want to make an additional payment.
6. Via Documents, you can find all legal information as well as the annual statements of the investment insurance policy.
