How do I close an account?

In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet:

1. Log in to Easy Banking Web.
2. Click on the horizontal bars next to your account and select Closure.
3. Confirm with itsme or your card reader.

To close your last or only account, call the Easy Banking Centre via Info and Contact, then Do it myself in the Easy Banking App. Not using the app? Call us on +32 2 762 90 00 and identify yourself with your customer number and Easy Banking Phone code.
