How do I close a business account?

In Easy Banking Web using a PC or tablet:

1. Log in to Easy Banking Web.
2. Click on the horizontal lines next to your account and select Close.
3. Confirm with your card reader.

To close your last or only account, call the Easy Banking Centre via Help and Contact then Info and contact in the Easy Banking App. Not using the app? Call us on +32 2 762 90 00 and identify yourself with your customer number and Easy Banking Phone code.
