How can I report a claim to my insurance company?

In Easy Banking App:

1. Log into the Easy Banking App.
2. Tap Help and contact.
3. Choose Report a claim.
4. Select the insurance policy for which you want to report a claim or call Teleclaims.

In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet for family, car and home insurance:

1. View your insurance policies.
2. Click on the horizontal lines next to your insurance policy and select Report a claim.
3. Register your claim on the AG Insurance platform.
