How do I obtain a document with my bank details (RIB)?

To get your Account Identification Certificate (RIB), go to the Easy Banking app. Select your account and tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to open settings. Under Account Details, you can download your RIB.

Not using the app? Call us at +32 2 762 60 00 and identify yourself with your customer number and Easy Banking Phone code. An advisor will assist you and provide the requested document.
