How can I dispute a debit card payment?

If you recognise the payment, contact the merchant.
If you don’t recognise the payment, call the Easy Banking Centre.

To dispute a payment made via PayPal, contact PayPal. 
To dispute a payment to De Lijn or STIB, contact them.

Call Card Stop on +32 78 170 170 if you suspect fraud. Also report the matter to the police and call the Easy Banking Centre.
