How can I change my contact details?

You can easily change your email address and phone number via Easy Banking.

In the Easy Banking App:

1. Log in to the Easy Banking App.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Select Personal Data then Contact.

Just tick the communication channels you prefer.

In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet, you can also manage your contact details.

Do you want to specify which channel we can contact you through?

In the Easy Banking App:

1. Log in to Easy Banking App
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap Privacy then Communication.

In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet:

1. Log in to Easy Banking Web.
2. Click on the profile icon next to your name at the top right
3. Tap Privacy.
4. Choose the communication channels through which we can contact you.
5. Click Confirm.
