How can I cancel a direct debit?

You can block a direct debit in Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet:

1. Go to the overview of your direct debits.
2. Next to the direct debit you want to manage, click on the horizontal bars and select Block/Unblock.
3. You can choose to block the next debit or all future debits for this mandate.

Do you want to cancel it permanently? Contact the relevant company to stop the direct debit.
