Is it possible to insure an older dog or cat?

No, an older dog or cat cannot be insured. Beyond the subscription age limits (under 7 years for a dog – under 8 years for a cat), it is not possible to take out Top Dog & Cat insurance. If the policy is taken out before the age limit, the animal can of course remain insured until an advanced age.
