How can I see when I’ve received a payment request?

You can view a payment request in three ways*:
  • Via a notification on your smartphone
  • In Easy Banking App > ‘My services’ > ‘Tasks and messages’
  • On your Easy Banking App login screen
* This is only possible if your mobile number is linked to your bank account.
