Top Omnium Moto is a Belgian-law comprehensive insurance policy from AG SA, distributed by BNP Paribas Fortis SA. The policy is valid for 1 year, at the end of which it will be renewed by tacit agreement for the same period, except where it is cancelled at least three months before the renewal date.
For a policy taken out or renewed by tacit agreement on or after 1 October 2024, you have until two months before the renewal date to cancel it.

If you want fully comprehensive cover in addition to your third-party insurance, choose from one of two formulas: damage caused by collision with a third party or damage from all types of accidents, including vandalism.**
Moto+ pack
Your company motorbike does not start to lose value until after 24 months and 7,000 km. In addition, your equipment is covered up to €2,000, as well as the goods you transport.**
Legal expenses cover
You can count on us. We defend your rights in the event of a dispute with your garage or if you want to dispute an unjustified fine. Investigation costs, lawyers’ fees and the cost of court proceedings are covered up to €75,000.**
Assistance
If your company motorbike breaks down, you lose the keys or suffer a puncture in Belgium, you benefit from breakdown assistance and, if necessary, a replacement vehicle.** If you’re abroad, we cover medical expenses up to €50,000 and bring you or your colleagues back home, wherever you are in the world.***
Accident cover***
You can also cover any physical injury you and your family may suffer while riding a motorbike outside of work. Medical expenses are covered (up to €5,000), compensation is provided in case of permanent disability or death, and you can also access psychological assistance.
** Comprehensive insurance, Moto+ pack, legal expenses cover and the vehicle assistance add-on to the Top Assistance policy are valid in the countries mentioned on your vehicle's insurance certificate.

Legal expenses cover: this helps you defend your rights in relation to a driving offence, if a third party claims compensation from you, in the event of a contractual dispute with your garage, for example, or if you need an advance on compensation payable to you. Costs related to investigations, lawyer’s fees and the cost of court proceedings are covered.
Accident cover: medical expenses up to €5,000, permanent disability, death and psychological assistance.
Damage resulting from a defect, wear and tear, poor maintenance or improper use
Theft of your company motorbike by an accomplice
Theft of a helmet, windshield or other accessories if your company motorbike has not been stolen
Top Assistance: expenses incurred by an insured person without the prior agreement of the assistance company.
Legal expenses cover: costs and fees incurred by the insured person without having requested the prior assistance of the insurer (except in the event of a proven emergency).
Accident cover: accidents that occur during your business activity or on the way to work.
