The wireless alarm system, connected to a remote surveillance centre, is provided to you for the duration of your subscription.

Homiris Mobile App
Wherever you are, you can control the alarm system remotely and securely from your smartphone. The Homiris mobile application is available on your usual download platforms, subject to compatibility.
Signô Notification Service
Thanks to the Signô service, included in your subscription, you are notified by email or SMS whenever an alarm is activated or deactivated.
Panic button
In the event of an attack, a single press of the panic button is enough to trigger the alarm, even when the system is deactivated (this function is also accessible on the keypad and remote control).

Choose the formula that suits you: Homiris Comfort Pro or Homiris Serenity Pro. With Homiris Serenity Pro, a G4S or SERIS security guard will attend your premises in the event of an alarm, and the police and emergency service will be notified if necessary.

How do you sign up to the Homiris Pro solution?

Make a request
Contact your BNP Paribas Fortis advisor. They will forward your request to Homiris, who will then send you a proposal and suggest a date for a visit by a Homiris technician.

Diagnostic and installation
During the appointment, the Homiris technician will perform a security review and install the system chosen by you (for a fee of €150 excl. VAT). At the same time, you will sign your contract. You're covered by a 1-month money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied, we'll refund you with no extra charges. We will refund the amounts paid and arrange for the equipment to be returned.
