Your credit card statements, now available in Easy Banking App or Web

If you need your credit card statements, you can now find them in Easy Banking App and Easy Banking Web. New statements will no longer appear on Zoomit, although you can still use Zoomit for a further two years to access previous statements up to December 2024. The advantage with Easy Banking App and Easy Banking Web is that you can access your statements even faster and they’re always at your fingertips!

When will they be available?
The first statement will be available in the first week of December via Easy Banking App and Easy Banking Web. It will cover your spending in the month of November.
What if I need a duplicate?
Do you want a duplicate statement? From December 2024, new statements will be kept for 18 months in Easy Banking App and Web. Statements prior to December 2024 will be kept in Zoomit for two years. If you’re looking for a duplicate that’s no longer in Zoomit, you can submit a request via macarte.be.
Accessing your statements is easy
Always at your fingertips in Easy Banking App
You can consult your credit card statements on your smartphone or tablet: they’re centralized in Easy Banking App and easy to access.
- Log in to Easy Banking App.
- Click on “My Services” then “Documents”.
- By selecting the “Cards” category, you’ll see the list of available statements.

You can also access your credit card statements via Easy Banking Web, in just a few clicks and with complete security.
- Log in to Easy Banking Web.
- Click on “Accounts and Cards” then on “My Statements”.
