How to sign

To confirm your identity, you must:

• Check that your user number is correctly filled in
• Check that the number of your debit card (13 digits long, starting with 6703) is correct
• Use the M1 key on your card reader
• Always enter all the red digits correctly and carefully follow the on-screen instructions
   

When you sign for a transfer or transaction, you must:

• Use the M2 key on your card reader
• Always enter all the red digits correctly and carefully follow the on-screen instructions

Example:

To sign for a transfer of €150.00 to a new payee, you will need to enter, among other things, the full amount (including cents) and without spaces.
