What happens if I encounter issues during my purchase?

If you lose your internet connection or if a technical error occurs while choosing or paying your ticket, you will have to do the purchase process again.
 
If you lose your internet connection after a successful payment, don't worry! Your ticket will be available as soon as your connection is restored.
If your payment was successful but the ticket was not issued due to a technical problem, we will send you an email to notify you of the issue. If applicable, a refund will be processed.
