Comment renouveller un straight loan?

Before you start

• A renewal is possible from a maximum of 2 days before the expiry date. Only then will the Renew button be available.
• It is possible to carry out new drawdowns on weekdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Outside these hours, during weekends, on Belgian public holidays and bank holidays, new drawdowns are not possible. More info.
• Contact your relationship manager to conduct new drawdowns that exceed the amount available on your credit line.
• Contact your relationship manager to consolidate multiple drawdowns.
• Contact your relationship manager to cancel or discontinue a drawdown.

How to renew a straight loan?

1. In the menu of the Credits module, click Request new straight loan to open the straight loans module. Or click the task you received.
   
   
2. Click Choose a credit line to select a credit line. If you cannot find a credit line or cannot find the right credit line, please contact your relationship manager.
   
   
3. Click Renew next to the existing drawdown. An existing drawdown can only be renewed if it is not a rollover credit and if the drawdown expires within two working days. In this case, the Renew button becomes active. The details of the existing drawdown are pre-filled but can be changed if needed.
   
   
4. Determine the amount, the currency and the value date of the drawdown. For the amount, there is a comma between the thousands and a dot before the decimal places, for example 100,000.00. For the value date, choose between TODAY, TOM, and SPOT. TODAY stands for today, TOM for the next working day and SPOT for 2 working days later than today.
   
   
5. Choose the term and/or expiry date. Abbreviations are used for working days (1BD, 2BD), weeks (1W, 2W, 3W), months (1M, 2M, 3M, 4M, 5M, 6M, 7M, 8M, 9M, 10M, 11M) or 1 year (1Y). Broken means 1 or 2 business days depending on the value date.
   
   
6. Click on Calculate to get a proposal, please note that in certain cases there is no proposal possible before 11 a.m. This button is only available if there is a valid amount and date. Then, within 60 seconds, click Accept to accept the offer and finalize the drawdown, or click Reject to decline the offer.
