How to update your details

Via Easy Banking Web on your computer:

  1. Go to the "Personal data" page
  2. Log in with itsme or your card reader
  3. Check your personal data and update it if necessary by clicking the "Update data" button

Via Easy Banking App on your smartphone:

  1. Log in
  2. Go to "Settings", then "Personal data"
  3. Check your data and click on the details you want to update
