Your bank is here for you more than ever. As a precautionary measure, we still prefer to provide advice remotely in our branches and/or Bank for Entrepreneurs centres.

Bank wherever and whenever you want. Check your balance, view your account statements, make transfers etc. You can count on our digital solutions: Easy Banking Web, App and Business (Mobile). Easy Banking allows you to do your banking wherever and whenever you want, including on days when banks are closed.

Loan-related measures

End of the extended repayment deferral period

The government’s repayment deferral arrangements have ended, and it has not been possible to submit a request for deferred loan repayments since 30 June 2021.

New loan applications

Belgium’s royal decrees of 14/04/2020 and 20/07/2020 allow banks, under certain conditions, to grant new loans to self-employed individuals, SMEs and businesses that are having liquidity problems during the coronavirus crisis.

Be vigilant before clicking on a link, an attachment or following the instructions given in a letter.

Your bank will never ask you to send your bank card or communicate confidential information, whether by phone, email, post or any other means. Never share your secret codes, card reader details, itsme code, Easy Banking Web password or Easy Banking code!
