The request for a price proposal must be submitted during the promotional period, and the lease agreement must be signed within five days of your application being approved by Arval. This Summer Deal is an operational leasing promotion reserved for professional customers (self-employed workers, liberal professions and SMEs) of BNP Paribas Fortis and/or Fintro (Fintro is a division of BNP Paribas Fortis), based in Belgium, and applies to the following models: BYD Atto 2 Active, BYD Atto 3 Comfort, BYD Seal U Comfort and BYD Sealion 7 Comfort. This document does not constitute an offer and is not binding or contractual. A lease agreement will only be concluded following acceptance of your application by the lessor, Arval Belgium SA, and will always be subject to its general terms and conditions for long-term vehicle operational leasing.
If the displayed monthly rental price includes a prepayment, this means the amount will reduce the monthly rental payment for the entire duration of the lease. This prepayment is neither a “guarantee” nor a “deposit”. In the event of early termination of the lease, this prepayment will not be refunded, except in certain cases specified in the terms relating to the prepayment.
The monthly rental price is provided for information purposes only and is subject to changes in taxation, interest rates and the catalogue price of the vehicle, as well as changes to vehicle options, configuration and equipment. The rent is calculated based on the agreed term (between 25 and 60 months) and the annual mileage, and includes: maintenance, repairs, unlimited summer tyres in the case of normal use/wear and tear (winter tyres optional), registration tax (TMC), road tax, depreciation and interest, European roadside assistance, a replacement vehicle in case of immobilisation of more than 24 hours, Perfecta service (cover by Arval Belgium SA for damage, total loss or theft) with a fixed excess payable by the lessee, and insurance**.
Not included in the monthly rent: energy and/or fuel costs and traffic fines. CO₂ values are indicative and may vary depending on selected options and/or data provided by the manufacturer. At the end of the lease, mileage will be reconciled based on the last agreed rate. In the case of early termination, a lump-sum fee will be charged based on the most recently agreed daily rate.
**Third-party liability insurance, legal assistance and driver insurance are included in the rent if arranged by Arval Belgium SA in the name and on behalf of the lessee. Arval Belgium SA is registered as an ancillary insurance intermediary with the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA - www.fsma.be), under number 047238. These insurances may also be taken out through an insurer of your choice. Third-party liability insurance is required by law. The estimated delivery time of the vehicle depends on availability with the manufacturer and/or importer and/or the selected options and configuration.
