I have entered three incorrect PIN numbers and the card reader screen displays ‘PIN blocked'. What should I do?

Your card will be blocked if you have made three incorrect attempts to enter the PIN number for your BNP Paribas Fortis bank card.

Please use our helpdesk number +32 2 433 41 90 or visit your branch to unblock your bank card.

If you have forgotten the PIN number for your bank card, please request a new one. A new PIN number will be sent to your home address within a few days.
