What happens when an incorrect password is entered?

When an incorrect password is entered, you can try again two more times. After three incorrect passwords, Easy banking can no longer be used. Your contract will then be suspended by the bank. You can reactivate it via PC banking.


Log on to PC banking, then click on "All functions" in the second menu on the left-hand side of the screen. Under "Mobile and telephone services", select "Manage your Easy banking contract".


If you have forgotten your password, a new password can be entered via PC banking.
