Loss or theft of your credit card

What do you do if you lose your credit card when you're travelling? React quickly. Call one of the numbers below immediately. Inform the local police of the loss or theft of your card within 24 hours.

 

Visa or MasterCard issued by ICS

  • In order to prevent fraud, contact the ICS emergency number +32 (0)2 416 16 16 immediately, or call Card Stop on +32 (0)70 344 344. Both services are available 24/7.
  • A new card will be ordered automatically.
  • Your new card will be sent to your home address (normally within 5 bank business days).

Visa or MasterCard and BNP Paribas Fortis bank cards issued by ATOS Worldline

  • Call Card Stop immediately on +32 (0)70 344 344 to prevent fraud. Card Stop is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • A new card will be ordered automatically.
  • Your new card will be sent to your branch. You will be notified when the card is ready to be collected (normally within 5 bank business days). 

 

Who is your credit card issuer?

If your card number begins with the digits 41 or 51, ICS issued your card. Otherwise your credit card issuer is Atos Worldline.
