Every BNP Paribas Fortis employee is committed to providing you with optimum service. Quality and service are the best guarantees of lasting success and customer satisfaction.


That's why we offer a comprehensive set of service guarantees: written promises in which we undertake to provide our customers with solutions in a clearly defined way or time-frame. If we don't keep that promise, you're entitled to specific financial compensation as well as full delivery on the original pledge. To qualify for this compensation, you need to submit your application request as soon as you realise the service guarantee hasn't been met.

Guarantee 4

The latest overview of your custody account will be available immediately at any branch or via PC banking (during a PC banking session).

Domestic transfers between BNP Paribas Fortis accounts: funds will be available in the recipient's account the same day.


  • Transfers must be made via Self banking, Phone banking or PC banking before 5pm;
  • There must be sufficient funds available in the current account from which the transfer is being made.

Guarantee 7

When you take out a Motor insurance, Top Home or Top Family policy, your policy will be issued in the branch there and then. If a decision from head office is required, AG Insurance guarantees a response within two bank business days.

Guarantee 8

If you take the ‘tax adjustment' option for your pension savings scheme (banking or insurance product), BNP Paribas Fortis guarantees that the new maximum index-linked amount will be debited from your current account each year and invested in your pension savings scheme or Pension Invest Plan.
