As the head of a business, you know best when you should invest in growth. But you also know that such major investments are not possible if the cash is not there.
We help you to achieve sustained growth by offering you an attractive Investment credit that is in line with your development plans. You decide the term of the credit, the amount you borrow and the repayment method.
We recommend that you choose a term for your loan that reflects the expected economic life of your investments and their write-down schedules.
The term, including the registration period, normally varies between 2 and 20 years. Longer terms are possible in exceptional cases.
You can opt for a fixed or variable interest rate. With a fixed rate, you know from the outset how much you will have to pay in interest. A variable rate is lower at the start, but does not protect you against future interest rate hikes.
You can repay your Investment credit on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual basis. You can also choose between fixed and declining-balance repayments(*).
(*) Declining-balance repayments: you pay a fixed proportion of the principal each month. The interest due, which is calculated on the outstanding balance, declines each month. In other words, your monthly payments diminish.
Amount borrowed: EUR 50,000
Term: 10 years
|You opt for fixed repayments.||
- The fixed interest rate is 6.71%.
- The variable interest rate (reviewed after 5 years) is 6.32%.
You opt for declining-balance repayments (fixed repayments of principal)
- The fixed interest rate is 6.66%.
- The variable interest rate (reviewed after five years) is 6.30%.
|You opt for fixed repayments at an interest rate of 6.71%.||You will pay 10 x EUR 7,054.25.|
|You choose declining-balance repayments (fixed repayments of principal), at a rate of 6.66%||You will pay:|
Year 1: EUR 8,385.50
Year 2: EUR 8,038.63
Year 3: EUR 7,701.00
Year 4: EUR 7,363.38
Year 5: EUR 7,031.30
Year 6: EUR 6,688.13
Year 7: EUR 6,350.50
Year 8: EUR 6,012.88
Year 9: EUR 5,677.10
Year 10: EUR 5,337.63
If the interest rate is reviewed after 5 years, the repayments are only fixed for years 1 to 5. The interest rate prevailing when the rate is reviewed will determine the amount of subsequent repayments.
