The details on my bank card (account number, name, card number) have become illegible. How do I get the card replaced?

Contact your BNP Paribas Fortis branch or Phone banking (on 02 433 40 34, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) to have your defective card replaced free of charge.
