The text 'PIN blocked' appears on my card reader. What should I do?

If you enter the wrong PIN for your BNP Paribas Fortis bank card three times, your card will be blocked.
You should contact your branch. The branch will unblock your bank card.
If you have forgotten your bank card's PIN, the branch must request a new PIN. A few days later, you will receive a new PIN at your address.
