How do I log on to Easy banking?

 

Create a profile the first time you log on with a smartphone and/or tablet:

  • enter your customer number and your card number;
  • select a name for your profile;
  • confirm it with an M1 signature.

Our servers will save all your details. You only need to enter them once.  

We'll also register the individual details of your device. The next time you log on, you only need to log on with your password. After all, the app will identify the unique combination of your device and your password. Please note, however, that you can always log on with an M1 signature you've created with your card reader.

Please note that: you must repeat the first logon procedure above for each device you intend to use for Easy banking separately because each device needs to be registered. You can register up to 20 devices. Above this limit, you can only register a new device by phoning the Helpdesk on +32 (0)2 433 41 90 (available Mon-Fri, from 7 am to 10 pm; and Saturdays, from 9 am to 5 pm). The Helpdesk will then cancel the registration of another of your devices.
