Where's my text (SMS)?

 

There could be several reasons why you haven't received your text (SMS) message.

 

  • Your phone can't get a signal. Check that you're connected to your mobile phone network and try again.
  • Your mobile phone contract doesn't allow you to receive paid messages. You or your employer might have disabled this option.
  • Technical problems at your mobile phone operator.
  • Technical problems at BNP Paribas Fortis.
