Your bank card

  • Call Card Stop immediately on +32 (0)70 344 344 to have your card frozen. Card Stop is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • File a complaint with the police. The police will write up a report.

  • Go to your BNP Paribas Fortis branch to report the fraud. Give the police report to your branch.

  • Your branch will make sure a new card is ordered for you.

  • If you need a card urgently, the branch can issue you with a temporary card.

Who is my credit card issuer?

 

  • Visa or MasterCard issued by ATOS Worldline

    • Call Card Stop immediately on +32 (0)70 344 344 to have your card frozen. Card Stop is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    • Card Stop will automatically order a new card when your card is frozen. The card will be sent to your branch within 5 bank business days.

    • File a complaint with the police. The police will write up a report.

    • Call ATOS Worldline customer service: +32 (0)2 205 85 85 (Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).

    • Give the police report to your branch.

     

  • Visa or MasterCard issued by ICS

    • You should preferably call the emergency number of ICS on +32 (0)2 416 16 16 (24/24, 7/7) or call Card Stop on +32 (0)70 344 344 (24/24, 7/7) to prevent fraud.

    • Report the theft of your card to the police within 24 hours.

    • A new card will be ordered automatically.

    • Your new card will be sent to your home address (normally within 5 bank business days).
