Accessing your bank remotely
Do you want to make a transaction or need advice about a product or a service? Do you want to know more about daily banking, lending, insurances, investments or mobile channels? For all those things you can rely on advisers of the Easy Banking Centre (EBC). They are at your service 7 am to 10 pm from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm.
EBC is not only for private customers, but also self-employed and businesses who wish to manage their banking.
In addition, you do not have to worry about safety. Easy Banking Phone (a secure line protected by a password and a link to information on the site) makes it possible for advisers in the EBC to safely communicate with customers.
Your bank at hand
The Easy Banking Centre is not only the place to do your banking or receive information. The EBC is also a first point of contact to expand your rjaelationship with your bank. You may contact one of our advisers there, as each of them also takes care of their own customer portfolio. They proactively contact their customers to provide them with advice in various areas. This is both convenient and comfortable if you lack the time or do not have the ability to visit one of our branches.
Are you a Priority customer? Then you have access to a personal adviser via Priority by James, who will contact you on his own initiative. The concept is unique in Belgium: a customised service that meets the specific needs of our priority iBank and Bank for Entrepreneurs customers, both in terms of the quality of the relationship and the services provided.
Are you a Private Banking & Wealth Management customer? We also offer the full service of Private Banking by James from our EBC. All of our advisers in the EBC can provide specialist advice to you through all digital channels (web conferences, telephone, email) and at your preferred time.
