I received my new debit card. Do I need to do anything else?

Is your card defective or expired?
  1. Your PIN code and card number remain the same.
  2. Activate your card: Make a first payment with your card in a store. After that, you can also use your card for contactless and in-store payments.
  3. Update your card information: Update your card details with online merchants, payment apps, and subscription services (e.g. streaming services) that you have linked to your card.

Have you lost your card or has it been stolen?
  1. Did you request a replacement card via Easy Banking App? If so, you have already chosen your PIN code. If not, you will receive an SMS or a message in Easy Banking with instructions to choose a PIN code. If you don't choose a PIN code within 7 days, you will receive a new code by mail.
