Please keep calm! To use your Easy Banking App, your smartphone must be unlocked. This implies entering your PIN code or scanning your fingerprint or face. Then, the person has to enter the app, thus have your personal password, digital fingerprint or face... Moreover, with your mobile bank, all transactions of more than 30 euros to new beneficiaries must be confirmed with your card and your card reader.

Identify yourself in the Easy Banking Web and contact the PrivilegeConnect advisers with a simple click. Your advisers are available every working day from 7 am to 10 pm and from 9 am to 10 pm at weekends on 02 433 43 20 (Private Banking) or on 02 433 43 40 (Wealth Management). You can also make an appointment in your Private Banking Centre easily.
