Your card will be blocked if you have made three incorrect attempts to enter the PIN for your BNP Paribas Fortis bank card. Please get in touch with your branch. The branch will release your bank card.
If you have forgotten the PIN for your bank card, the branch should request a new PIN. After a few days you will receive a new PIN at home.
If your card reader is faulty (does not respond or does not display the usual information) or if the message "Battery low" is displayed, it needs to be replaced.
