- Easy Banking is offered in your language, so if you see text in another language it should attract your attention and encourage you to be cautious.
As with phishing, the intention is to steal your information and use the bank's website without your knowledge. Unlike phishing, this technique contacts you through an automated server or a personal call. It is also referred to as ‘voice phishing’ or ‘phone phishing’.

- Automated orders that ask you to enter your bank details, and especially your secret codes, via the keyboard of your phone.
- People trying to stress you and to tell you about the urgency of a banking operation.
Malware is fraudulently installed software on your computer with the intent to circumvent your security, for example to track your transactions remotely and use your data.
- Never open a file from someone you do not know. Even pictures may contain malware.
- The bank will never ask you to install additional software
