The four main cases in which it is best to call us as fast as possible...

  • You have entered your personal information and you are not sure you are using the bank’s official website.
  • You have given out sensitive information over the phone and you are not sure you had a trustworthy person on the line.
  • When viewing your account statements you discover a transfer between your own accounts or to another account or a payment that you did not make yourself.
