Contactless payments
A coffee and croissant from the bakery, an apple from the green grocer or a snack at the petrol station? All our new bank cards are equipped with contactless technology for quick, simple and secure payments. Just hold your bank card against a payment terminal bearing the contactless payment logo and your payment is made!
With complete security
All payments can be made contactless. You don't need to enter a PIN code for payments of up to EUR 50. Contactless payments are processed in the same manner and via the same network as standard card payments. Subsequent transactions without entering of a PIN code are limited to a total of EUR 100. If this limit is reached, then you will need to place your bank card in the payment terminal and enter your PIN code.

Flexible spending limits
You can make payments of up to EUR 2,500 per week on your bank card, and withdraw up to EUR 1,250 per week (daily limit: EUR 625). The limit for minors is EUR 250 for payments as well as withdrawals. Should you need a higher amount, you can increase your spending limit.

Lost or stolen cards?
Call Card Stop on +32 78 170 170 immediately to freeze your card and report the theft to the police within 24 hours. You can request a new card by phone or at your branch. You will immediately receive a temporary replacement card at the branch. Your new bank card will be ready within 5 bank working days. You can decide whether you prefer to have it sent home or to collect it at your branch.
Easy Save — saving money has never been easier
Every time you pay with your bank card, Easy Save rounds up the amount to the next full amount in euro. The difference is paid into your savings account.
