Have your smartphone and/or your tablet, your debit card and your card reader to hand.

Download: go to the App Store or Google Play.

Activate: open the app, go to "Log In" and follow the instructions.

Use: log in and use your mobile bank completely securely, wherever and whenever you like.

Manage your card limits yourself
Have a large payment to make? Want to enjoy a carefree holiday abroad? Temporarily* increase the limit of your debit and/or credit card with just a few clicks. The change takes effect immediately.
- Log in to the Easy Banking App.
- Tap the “My services” icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Under “Cards”, select the card for which you want to change the limit.
For a debit card, select “Payments” or “Cash withdrawal”..
For a credit card, tap on the top right to access your “Settings” and then select “Payments and cash withdrawals”.
Replace your debit card in just a few clicks
Lost, stolen or damaged debit card? Order a new one via Easy Banking App whenever and wherever you want.
- Log in to the Easy Banking App.
- Click on ‘My services’ then 'Cards' and choose the debit card to be replaced.
- Click ‘Permanently block or replace’.
- Indicate whether it is damaged, lost, stolen or if you suspect it has been used fraudulently.**
- Confirm the block and then choose your PIN.
- Confirm the replacement of the card.
* The temporary limit of your debit card applies for 7 days. You choose whether the new limit of your credit card applies until the end of the current or next period.
** A damaged card will not be blocked while it is being replaced. In the event of fraud, block your card directly via the app and our colleagues at the Easy Banking Centre will assist you with the replacement.
