Private Banking privileges
More flexibility, every day
As a Private Banking client, you enjoy the following exceptional services:
- Guaranteed mobility: if your car is immobilised, you are entitled to a replacement vehicle of the same category (maximum category C) on the same day. This also applies in the event of technical repairs or maintenance of less than one hour’s labour, provided that the request has been made at least half a day in advance (¹). In order to use this benefit, the replacement vehicle service must not have been removed from the contract.
- VIP assistance: a replacement vehicle (category C) is made available to you for a maximum of 5 days. If you need it, you can also benefit from a VIP accommodation budget of 200 euros per person per night (maximum 5 nights).
- Mileage excess: when you return your vehicle at the end of the contract, the first 1,000 excess kilometres will not be charged.
(¹) If a replacement vehicle is requested half a day prior to technical repair or maintenance, the delivery time of the replacement vehicle depends on the availability of stocks and/or the third-party supplier.

The Private Lease offer is reserved for private individuals, customers of BNP Paribas Fortis and Fintro Retail Banking. Private Lease is a product offered by Arval Belgium SA, with the intervention of BNP Paribas Fortis SA, Montagne du Parc 3, B-1000 Brussels, Brussels RPR VAT BE0403.199.702.
A rental contract will only be offered after acceptance of your application by Arval Belgium SA and will always be subject to the general terms and conditions relative to Private Leases of Arval Belgium SA.
*The displayed monthly rental (VAT included) depends on the agreed duration and kilometres. The monthly rental includes maintenance, repairs, an unlimited number of summer and winter tyres for normal use, vehicle registration tax, road tax, depreciation, interest, VAT, European assistance, replacement vehicle of a lower category if the vehicle is off the road for more than 24 hours, Perfecta cover (acceptance by Arval of the risk of damage, total loss or theft) with own risk and third-party insurance, legal defence insurance and driver insurance.
**Third-party insurance, legal protection and driver injury insurance are included in the rental when these are taken out through Arval. However, this cover can be taken out with your choice of insurer. Third-party insurance is compulsory; the other insurances are optional.
Not included in the monthly rental: fuel and traffic fines. When the contract ends, the kilometres actually covered will be counted in accordance with the amounts stipulated in the contract. In the event of early cancellation of the rental contract, a termination fee will be charged.
The delivery time of the vehicle depends on availability from the manufacturer and/or the importer and the chosen specification.
*** You can choose not to include winter tires and a replacement vehicle in your contract. In the brochure, the costs for winter tires and the replacement vehicle are not included in the monthly rent.
